About Ronald

As a Lancaster County resident for 62 years, I am well-rooted in and appreciate the Quarryville community. After stewarding and farming the land for 30 years, my wife and I have passed our farm on to the next generation. I am excited to continue my passion for land and homes to help others fulfill their dreams while finding contentment along the way.

 

From residential to commercial to farms, I have the expertise to help! My years of experience working with produce brokers from NY to FL equip me to help my investment and commercial clients. I am also well-suited to assist those in the ag industry with their farm and land sales because of my dairy and farming experience. And of course, my 62 years of living in this community have resulted in deep local market knowledge that benefits my residential clients.

Ronald has strong roots in the Solanco School District and decades of experience working with tillable acreage along the Susquehanna River. He is knowledgeable in Pennsylvania’s Act 319 (Clean and Green) program and other land preservation programs, helping clients navigate tax benefits, requirements, and conservation considerations when buying or selling farmland.
